Call for applications: Tenure Track Faculty Position in Neuroscience
The Sagol Department of Neurobiology at the University of Haifa, Israel invites candidates to apply for a full-time tenure-track faculty position in Neuroscience.
Individuals with two or more years of postdoctoral experience and a strong publication record are encouraged to apply. We are seeking candidates in the broad field of Neuroscience. Candidates in Computational Neuroscience, or those with a strong computational background who use advanced computational tools for their research, are especially encouraged to apply.
Successful candidates are expected to engage in independent research funded by external competitive funding, in graduate students’ instruction, and in academic teaching at the graduate and undergraduate levels.
The position start date is October 1st, 2023.

A cover letter (1 page)
A complete resume including a list of publications
A research statement summarizing previous achievements and detailing future research plans (3‐5 pages)
A teaching statement describing previous teaching experience and detailing teaching interests (1-2 page)
In addition, at least three recommendation letters, including one from the Ph.D. supervisor and one from the Post-doc supervisor, should be addressed and sent directly to the Departmental Search Committee.
