

Registration information
We are pleased to offer discounted registration rates for Students/Postdocs (with student card), Professors emeritus (with retiree card) and post-docs.
Abstract Submitters Notice, valid for Students/Postdocs: Do not register for the conference before you submit your abstract.
Upon your abstract submission, you will receive a discount code for registration.
Please note that all participants, including speakers, chairs of sessions and scientific advisory committee members must register and pay.

Conference registration fees include annual ISFN membership, access to all lectures and social activities, lunches and coffee breaks according to the conference program.
In addition, the registration fee includes one conference dinner for the participant only (excluding accompanying persons), on a date to be selected later. The dinner will be available only at the hotel where the participant's accommodation is booked.
After selecting your room composition, you will be able to add dinner packages for yourself and your accompanying guests.
All dinners are served exclusively at the hotel where accommodation is booked.

Prices are per person, per dinner:
First dinner for participant: Included in the registration fee for the registered participant only.
Additional dinners: 200 ₪
Child rate: 150 ₪
Conference Registration Payment Terms
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.

Institution/Company Payment Commitment
Payment by institutional commitment requires the submission of an official payment confirmation from the institution:
A purchase order (PO), or, if the institution does not work with purchase orders, a signed institutional commitment form.
The document must be submitted by December 11, 2026, in order to confirm the registration and issue an invoice.
It is the participant’s responsibility to coordinate with the institution’s accounting department, procurement department, or relevant representative, and to ensure that the invoice is issued accordingly.
Failure to submit the required document by the stated deadline, and failure to issue the invoice accordingly, will result in cancellation of the registration.

Changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat at Tomer@kldltd.com.
