We are pleased to offer discounted registration rates for Students/Postdocs (with student card), Professors emeritus (with retiree card) and post-docs.
Abstract Submitters Notice, valid for Students/Postdocs: Do not register for the conference before you submit your abstract.
Upon your abstract submission, you will receive a discount code for registration.
Please note that all participants, including speakers, chairs of sessions and scientific advisory committee members must register and pay.
Rates
Conference Registration fees include

Conference Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are eligible for a refund provided that written notification is received by the Conference Secretariat, according to the following schedule:
Registration with Accommodation:

Until November 10, 2026 – Full refund.

From November 11, 2026, to December 10, 2026 – 50% refund.

From December 11, 2026 – No refund will be granted.
Registration without Accommodation:
-
Until January 2, 2027 – Full refund.
-
From January 3, 2027 – No refund will be granted.
Handling Fee:
All cancellations are subject to a handling fee of 10 ₪.
