1.8.2008:
פתיחת ההרשמה ותשלום בתעריף מוזל, הגשת התקצירים והזמנת חדרים במלון (מותנה בהרשמה לכינוס). 
30.8.2008:
מועד אחרון להגשת הצעות לסימפוזיונים. 
15.9.2008:
מועד אחרון להגשת תקצירים. מועד זה מוכתב בעיקר ע"י החגים, אשר מותירים זמן קצר לארגון המדעי של תכנית הכינוס. חברי העמותה מתבקשים להקדים ככל הניתן בהגשת תקצירים.
27.11.2008:
מועד אחרון להרשמה המוקדמת בתשלום מוזל. תשלום והרשמה שיבוצעו בעת הכינוס באילת יהיו על בסיס תעריף יקר יותר.

הערות
חמישים חדרים בתעריף הכינוס יעמדו לרשות משתתפי הכינוס החל מסוף השבוע הקודם לתחילת הכינוס (מיום 5.12.2008) על בסיס "כל הקודם להזמין זוכה".

הזמנת החדרים, כולל שינוי/ביטול, אף שהיא נעשית באמצעות אתר העמותה ובתעריף ייחודי לכינוס, כפופה למדיניות המלון.

Please note the following :

1.8.2008 – Early registration and payment based on a reduced fee, abstract submission and hotel reservations (pending on registration to the meeting) .30.8.2008 – Last date for suggesting symposia.   
15.9.2008 – Last date for submission of abstracts (dictated by the “High Holidays”). 
27.11.2008 – Last date for advanced registration at the lower rate. On site payment and registration at the conference venue in Eilat will be based on a higher Notes                                                                                                                                 
50 rooms for the weekend before the meeting (from Dec.5th 2008) at the conference special rates are available for “first apply first serve” registrants.                                                                       

Hotel reservations/cancellations are subject to the hotel regulations.
